BARGUE DRAWINGS
These are my pencil drawings after Charles Bargues Drawing Course (Cours de Dessin) published in the 1860s and 1870s. I've acquired this reprint - ISBN: 987-1-78884-044-6. The drawings are scanned, cropped - displayed without further editing / cleaning. This is an ongoing project. The drawing course is split into three parts - a set of nearly 200 masterful lithographs in an ascending order of difficulty.
The progression curve is pretty steep - and every new drawing introduces new challenges..
So if you're aiming for more realism and a better perception Bargues' Drawing Course is probably something to consider.
