The client, CKE via 72andSunny, wanted to address some areas for improvement on their current Happy Star Rewards Mobile Application, including:
Customer Retention
Technical Limitations with Implemented Technologies
Complexity
In addition to tackling these challenges, the additional parameters were:
Stay within the Existing Framework
Stay True to the Brand
Ultimately, the project was defined as:
"turning this branded digital utility into a key competitive advantage that rewards loyalty, and helps our people indulge in great tasting food that makes them hungry for more!"

After we had done two rounds of creative presentations via conference calls, the final creative meeting was set for an in-person presentation during SXSWi.
We presented site flows, wireframes, and creative comps in the final creative meeting, which was more like a conversation than a presentation, and it allowed us to address any questions or comments immediately.
The agency responded positively to our final creative presentation and has presented some of these ideas to the client: which indicates a major coup for our creative team.
Below is the final presentation deck we shared at SXSWi, along with a few updates/tweaks I added when we got back from Austin.
