"Alliance Airline" - Website Re-Design

Nature: Airline
Task: Come up with a new concept that works and improves the user experience. Create a new design for the Homepage and the Flight Matrix.
Year: 2016
Flight Matrix Challenge: The screen must accommodate up to 10 passengers - Needs to show up to 4 flights - Each of these sections needs to show the date - You will need to show one meal and one bag selection for each passenger per flight - The seat selection is unique for each flight segment.
Outcome:
Considering who Alliance Airlines is and who their customers are, I have created a new design to re-imagine their digital user experience, engage more users and help them to book tickets quicker and more effectively. 

Some key improvements include the following:
· A modern, clean design with less noise.
· Less text and more visual graphics to guide users toward key actions.
· Image sliders are an appropriate and interactive way to display information. Hence I used one clean image slider to call out core messaging:promotions, luxury experience and scheduled flights. The slider will stimulate different buyers, and also generate ongoing design work.
· Three service offerings centrally positioned to direct traffic to relevant customer journeys.  
· Based on my knowledge of Alliance Airlines, I would also recommend these addition 
· Highlighting key routes and services for non-FIFO leads (e.g.Group bookings in new verticals)
· Customer Identity tracking to drive personal messaging and minimize data input from user (e.g. User authentication,       Progressive profiling)
· Live Chat to answer inquiries, faster and without the wait
· Social network integration
