Project Description:
This project was all about becoming an expert on one particular typeface. Students were to research their assigned typefaces and then design as set of two cohesive posters. The posters contained information and distinguishing characteristics that educated about their typeface. Throughout this project I learned a great deal about the history of typefaces and their classifications, as well as the anatomy of of type. I was assigned the typeface Meta, designed by Erik Spiekermann.
