Vonk Magazine featured an article about the advantages white skinned people have due to the existence of racism, often without even realizing it. The magazine wants to open the 'white' reader's eyes to this advantage and hoped to create more understanding for the challenges people with colored skin face in a world where white skin appears to be privileged. We were asked to illustrate the opening of the eyes for their cover photo.
