Invitations are always fun to design, especially ones that we know we are likely to receive in the mail ourselves. We have worked on a wide variety of event promotional materials and invitations - for events including fundraising galas, weddings, PR events, bar and bat mitzvahs, corporate events, and concerts. In this sampling, we have included non-traditional invitations to non-traditional weddings, uniquely expressive bar and bat mitzvah invitations, and compelling invitations for exciting events. In each, we design with the people in mind, rather than simple beauty. For example, the back the invitation for a couple’s camping wedding is created to look like (and function as) a fold out campground map. For an invitation to a concert fundraiser to support New Orleans students, we featured a historical photo of a New Orleans jazz great teaching a young boy to play.
