Meet Almanac, one of my final projects for Devine (my studies).
We had a carte blanche for this assignment, and I chose to make a new kind of event discovering service. With a plethora of filtering options and nothing but content (even the ads are content!) and a unique style, I tried aiming for a new kind of experience.
This was made in HTML5, CSS3, javascript / jQuery.
I used Flickr Places and the Gmaps api for all location based elements.

Optimized for smartphone usage (no iPad though, as I didn't have a device to test on)!
