SOLUTION: Now in its 23rd edition, the internal magazine to Hilton Food and Beverage Team Members has proved to be a runaway success and mainstay communication. Previously entitled 'Simply F&B', this is a turning page, magazine-style newsletter that is designed to communicate key news, events, processes and group information in more reader-friendly and eye-catching format.
Team members are emailed a quarterly HTML preview to which they click through to the magazine, hosted on the PROGRESS-created Extraordinary F&B website.
