The brief was to design a range of appropriate media to promote and provide information on an exhibition at St Bride Foundation; A celebration of blackletter letterforms and typography entitled Back to Black. I wanted to highlight the qualities of blackletter that people might not see, to enable the audience to see blackletter in a new light. I created a information booklet that would be available at the exhibition for guests to pick up, that looked at the different types of blackletter and the qualities they had. I created a set of postcards that could be placed at universities, places around London and in the Foundation, and a set of posters to promote the exhibition.
