This is a few photos I was able to find of some of the military shadow boxes I created while working on a nearby base. I used a mixture of glue and double sided tape to get everything to stay in place. I used a laser engraver for all the small metal plaques. 

 

In the last photo you can see some strings that were used to make sure everything was aligned properly.
