I created this light box for fun with my laser. I designed the image of Spike from Cowboy Bebop as well as did all the tiny tedious math this box required!
It's roughly 10 inches tall and six inches wide. It is laser cut out of 1/8th inch birch wood and is painted with a matte black finish. The paper is a red vellum that will glow once a tealight is placed inside.
There is a second box inside the light box, the red paper is glued to this. You can see what I mean in the above photos! Also a top is included, the holes I cut into it are big enough to where it can loosely fit into the notches on the top of the box.
