The housing units, six of the mixed system were designed: two singles and four duplex. Access to the proposed levels is achieved by using the existing lift to the proposed first floor extension with stairs to the second one. The proposed metal structure is a space in welded sections, elastic structure that allows the division and a possible subsequent reorganization.

To provide privacy, the upper level is organized around a Pazzio covered with a decorative percolas open on one side. The choice of interior finish materials ensure high comfort and for exterior coating solution " alucobond ", elegant and durable material. It is also compatible with the existing curtain facades of the building. Interior spaces were sized according to regulations also provide a degreee of confort.
