Following several months of exploratory research and discovery in partnership with Philips Healthcare and data partner, Oxyme (http://www.oxyme.com/), we created a proof-of-concept design of the basic Listening Lab dashboard experience to test and discuss with healthcare practitioners.
In several 2-hour workshops with key audience segments (cardiologists, radiologists, and oncology practitioners), we (myself and a workshop facilitator) walked through an interactive prototype of the Listening Lab. From these sessions, we gathered critical design insights and usability feedback that we were able synthesize and share with Philips to move the project from concept to pilot.
