I've been inspired by Glyn Dewis to do the invisible black background and feel I did pretty well. I used one 600EX Canon speedlite with the canon transmitter and my light modifier was the Rogue Flash bender XL. I took these images in my bedroom next to the window with daylight coming in. Often I ask my two kids to model for me, and they are happy to do so, I'm lucky I have nice talent to work with smile emoticon I get asked often to take people's headshots, and I'm realizing that this offering of style is very appealing and very easy to accomplish. It's really true what Glyn Dewis says... you can do this style anywhere.
