Designer and maker of knitted bodysuits for Fashion Designer Reem Alasadi, exhibited at Tokyo Fashion Night Out October 2011.
Reem reuses her own materials in order to cut her carbon footprint, the limits of reusing waste materials from her earlier collections creates a creative challenge in which new and unexpected solutions can be found in the simplicity of a few materials. The aim was to create textures and shapes resembling animal skin fused with human skin, an animalistic skin to be worn over the skin with invisible parts mixed with highly contrasted rough materials.
