What form does company culture take?

The walls at Facebook speak. Its chosen dialect is the poster. Covering walls and conference rooms, these posters voice a history that few of its millions of users will ever hear. Over three and a half years working at Facebook I had the pleasure of questioning, translating, and synthesizing the beliefs, emotions, and activities of this unique community. Below is a small selection of some of my favorite prints.
Over 50 found maps were overprinted with this message to encourage exploration and risk-taking.
The poster above was for the 2014 F8 Conference for Facebook. It combines Processing and the typeface Heroic.
One of my first posters at Facebook. This combines part of a Charles Eames quote with Processing and silkscreening.
A second poster for F8 2014, this one focusing on one of the social media platform's favorite words.
A poster announcing John Maeda's lecture for the Facebook Design Lecture Series.
I developed the tagline and concept for Facebook's pressence at Pride from 2012–2014.
Designed and printed with Facebook Researcher Jane Justice, this poster was created in conjunction with a paper by Jane
suggesting a new visual model depicting connections: foam bubbles.
This poster was a response to how overscheduled and distracted we can become.
It was printed as a demo poster and the imperfections really make the piece.
