I'm back with Part 2 of my mini series re-thinking and designing the Instagram app for Android.
Added elevation to the profile picture and the view holding the description. The FAB replaces the "edit profile"-button and a new "user statistics"-button makes it way in to the profile.
Added elevation to the profile picture and the frame holding the view. Replaced the "edit your profile"-button with a "statistics"-button that takes you to a view showing your statistics for your profile, followers likes and so on.
The FAB now takes care of the editing of the profile.
A simple swipe over the images pushes away the description and shows another six images. Then you just can scroll through all of your uploaded images.
The FAB stays in the top-right corner which makes it a easy shortcut for editing you profile.
