First Presbyterian
A creative makeover for the First Presbyterian church of Dearborn helps bring together young people and families.
The First Presbyterian church of Dearborn is intent on being more than just a building, but rather a community and family built around Christian values, creativity, and missionary work. I helped them in delivering this message by creating a new visual identity and designing a new website for the church.

Warm and vibrant colors set the tone for creating a brand that is welcoming and ultimately creative and friendly in its message. A new visual symbol contributes to the idea of embracing diversity as well, while also maintaining a close relationship to its Christian roots. Subtle patterns and honest imagery complete the design language by giving the church a suitable tone of voice throughout its communication materials.

The goal of the new website was to serve primarily as a central hub of communications, showcasing news and events from the community and also providing important information for those looking to join in. The overall tone is consistent with the newly created identity and the user experience helps strengthen the feeling of familiarity.
