Phone stands. Copper scrap ends were faced and slots were milled using manual mill. The pieces were then brazed together, then coated with clear varnish to prevent contaminants.
Copper Turner's cube. 1" outside cube, 0.5" inside cube.
Steps:
1. Squared faces of cube to 1" stock. Made finishing pass using a 1" woodruff cutter.
2. Bored 0.25" deep holes on each face using 5/8" endmill for undercut
3. Drilled 0.25" through holes.

Steps:
1. Sqaure and face all sides to 0.5"
2. Drill holes using 1/8" drill bit
3. Deburred edges
