It was very important to us that the design be elegant, colourful and reflective of the designer's sophisticated Caribbean and international aesthetic.

Her name being clear and the fore front was also a focus as she had recently married and changed her name from Solange Shaw-Gopaul to Solange Govia and had already achived a significant amount of success and popularity in Carnival design industry as Solange Shaw-Gopaul.

The complimentary brand property was inspired by plams, beads, sequins, beautiful details and of course, carnival feathers!
