Concept guidelines:
- project of main city square and two small green squares located within historic area of city hall,
- renovation with modern concept which will adopt to historic character of place and will complete,
- enrichment of existing place by giving it clear form,
- respecting rules of design in places under historic protection,
- preservation of existing monuments,
- concept adaptation to existing paths, plants and materials
- avoiding elimination of existing trees and bigger shrubs,
- elimination of existing parking and preparing new parking area for less cars (at least 60 cars),
- place should work as multifunctional area (concerts, city hall events, leisure time, meeting point),
- quiet, safe and easily accessible area for disabled and children,
- place should offer different atraction and be open to people of every age,
- squares shoudl work as safe and interesting space of recreation,
