Concept guidelines:
- park project for Wieniec-Zdrój Spa which would be visited by spa visitors, locals and tourists
- enrichment of existing area by introduction of local ornamental plants and proper small architecture elements (concept tied to existing forest)
- usage of decorative plants (variety of colors/textures/shapes), materials and forms,
- finding and following area's genius loci
- open space for active and passive activities
- designing universal outdoor gym (especially for disabled and seniors)
- calm and relaxing area (calming lights and water streams sounds)
- safe and easy place usage for disabled visitors and children
- park should offer many atraction and be open to people of every age
- separation from part of neighborhood view and street sounds
- adaptation to existing trees, paths and water well

To follow area's genius loci, traditional Kujawy's floral lace design was proposed. Motif can be seen on shading canvas, furniture and well cover, where its used as transparent lace. To present history of spa and local villages tourist information were implemented as well.
