The strategy of urban redistribution consist in consolidating and optimizing the existing situation instead of revolutionizing it as the territory is already organized and divided in well defined zone.To the east of the area, against the mountain, are located 5 small villages forming a diffused city. To the west lay both the primary and secondary industries. The central part of the plane is that used for tertiary industries, where are situated a small airport and train cargo terminal.Through a new infrastructure are generated new limits of transportation area with direct connections between the parts.A vacation resort is planned next to the lake. The area is of 32,000 sqm and is divided in two parts: a green area hosting public spaces and a water surface for the private.Within the water surface eight concrete islands are flowing, with private houses of variable dimension.This project is meant to explore the primordial meaning of protection, a primary need, and the possibility to have a piece of private sky.The public complex is structured through vertical planes different in height and disposed within the space on a variable rhythm, 3m in height for service facilities, 5m for main spaces and 7m for the connection articulated on a 9m length for the entrance hall.
