Introduction
The proposal involves an intervention and enhancement of the existing property. It seeks to respect the original construction in ashlar, in addition, it  proposes a contemporary architecture language.
Three Interventions
There are three different interventions, ordered by their level of contact with the public and its impact with the original structure.
1. The first intervention adds value to the original building and articulates with the entrance courtyatd: the cafeteria, entrance hall, games room and administrative area.
2. The second intervention is inserted into the building without changing its original structure.
2.1. At the top, it is comformed by: the library services and the computer laboratory.
2.2. Inside the existing building, the Center for Professional Certification appears as a floating box of glass.
3. The third intervention is a new building in the back of the field.
3.1. It contains: an auditorium, multipurpose rooms and support spaces.
3.2. As well as the existing building contains a courtyard in income; the new intervention seeks a similar situation in the second level, so it creates a courtyard contained by diffuse surfaces, that articulate it with the activities inside the building.

Structure
The project is designed entirely with steel. The contrast of the new thin structure with the massive walls of ashlar is sought.
1. In the area of the existing building, the new structural elements seek the smallest possible size to avoid aggressive action on the ashlar house.
2. At the rear, the structure looks more spacious and open spaces. In this sector the perimeter structure contains two double height spaces, the intermediate floors are hung from the main beams. Thus, a continuity of the void, proper of light building, is achieved.
Flexibility
1. It is choosen to work with open floor plan; in addition, with light and removable walls.
2. Good ventilation and, above all, natural lighting environments are achieved.
3. The intervention in contact with the existing building is worked with little steel, because it seeks the possibility of being dismantled in the future.
