The Agilendar is a calendar created jointly by Ericpol and millstudio using agile symbolism. A characteristic feature of this method is the use of yellow pieces of paper, similar to post-it notes, which team-members use to communicate with each other. “The agile symbol calendar was intended to be a kind of trademark for Ericpol, and to boost our brand recognition as an expert in leading major projects using agile methods,” says Jan Malkiewicz from Ericpol, the main initiator of the bid for the RedDot award, and the co-creator of the calendar. The RedDot award for communication design is clear recognition for both parties involved in creating the calendar.
