Ambient music project Tycho, has asked the designer to create a graphic album concept for his forthcoming self-titled vinyl release. The concept was to design an album that echoes Tycho’s dreamy, retro-nostalgic sound, yet conveys the push and pull of strains of sorrow and empathy. The album artwork features a range of tactile elements from a glossy mylar slipcase to an embossing of Tycho’s signature dot glyph.
