These two works are black and white compositions about urban stories mostly from Wrocław city. The first one presents many architectural motives from old city harbor - a reloading hall "no 3" for example. Its historical background is interesting beacuse In the past times it used to be an efficient german property. It's still operational but constantly changes its fuction. The object is used mostly as a scrap metal storage or spot for free electronic music parties and art workshops. Buildings and other facilites has specific atmosphere that I really enjoy. The area has strong potential for being a place with luxury facilities but actual taste of decaying industry with small communities is much more interesting for me.

Another work is a total mashup of visual elements. The main thing that keeps it together is narrow monochromatic range of colours and block-like composition. Again there are plenty of urban motives, mixed with typography from old maps of my hometown industry (which suddenly collapsed after 1989). Some parts are taken from my photo documentation from journey around West Sahara while others are references to good rave parties in Lower Silesia. This work could be an encrypted message readable for those people who took a part in these events and trips.

These two works are colorful part of this series. Number "003" shows again a facilities of old city harbour combined with other visual elements. The subject is similar to "rRegular 001" so I concentrated strictly on experimenting with transparent layers with different character (abstract, figurative hand-painted, graphic). The main goal was to fully enrich the previous topic and get the new quality.

Number "004" is the most experimental, multilayered and complex painting so I decided to complete the series with this one. I added some narration as a main visual layer instead of my usual architectural motives. These figurative elements portray an actual underground party that had place in the city of Wrocław. I wanted to concentrate on showing rather the "impression" of this event so I treated the whole canvas as a free mashup of elements that are intuitively connected together.
A little unexpected character of this work can be a good pretext to start a new set of images.
