Jerga. f. Particular language used by people belonging to certain social groups.
Mexico is a country with differentiated social classes, all different but each one with each own Jerga.
 
Jerga is a collection of commercial products made of mexican pine wood from Cadena Productiva Forestal de Tlalpujahua, Michoacán. The products are for users of different ages and social classes, and they use the core attributes of pine wood to portray it as the valuable resource that it represents to Mexico.

Wood is one of the greatest resources of Mexico. Pine wood represents 70% of wood production in Mexico (INEGI, 2008). Therefore, the creation of Jerga.
Jerga is designed to be produced by Cadena Productiva Forestal de Tlalpujahua, Michoacán with help of Comisión Nacional Forestal (CONAFOR) in order to promote an increase in the economy of this community by the introduction of new product designs.
Boiled vegetable cutters. Children safe. Promotion of family healthy cooking.
Pointillism tools. Wood brushes for ink. 2 works of art: the ink on the paper and the ink in the brushes.
Traditional mexican game with a twist. Play Lotería with family and friends when celebrating.
Nostalgia toy. Toys and materials from the past with technology from the present.
Toy for psychomotor activity and gender equality promotion. Kids pass the needle through the holes. Blue for girls and pink for boys to fight against mexican stereotypes.
