The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) of Singapore is the part of the government in charge of Singapore’s workers, regarding their rights, regulations, safety, health and training.
BRIEF
The challenge set by MOM was to create an effective and engaging communication with Foreign Workers (FW) to teach them about their rights and MOM’s rules and regulations.
COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS AND NEEDS
- FW do not see the information as necessary
- Noise in communication process due to employers retaining information and friends having fear of MOM.
- MOM needs a new channel to communicate with FW.
