I created orthographic views for each component at 1:1 scale.
Prototyping Process
The cork I used was from a yoga block. I cut it to size and put it on a wood lathe to bring it to its final form. I then drilled two holes so I could insert the bent aluminum rod. After that, I created the base where the speaker components are mounted.
