Cookery Lessons in the comfort of your own home
All lessons will be set at the following levels:
Beginner
Intermediate
Advanced
Each lesson will comprise of 1 Main Course and 1 Dessert.
The price is £40 per hour.
Beginner Lessons will last 2 hours (minimum) and can feature the following dishes:
Lasagne, Chilli, Shepherds Pie, Chicken Tikka Masala etc
Chocolate Pot, Pannacotta, Biscuit Brownie etc
Intermediate Lessons will last 3 hours and can feature some of the dishes:
Salmon with Potato Roisti, Lamb with Chorizo New Potatoes, Thai Green Chicken Curry etc
Apple Strudel, Coconut Rice Pudding, Bread and ButterPudding etc
Advanced Lessons will last from 3-4 hours and can feature some of the following dishes:
Scallops on Potato Blinis, Sirloin Steak and Mustard Mash, Rack of Lamb andDauphinoise Potatoes
Lemon Tart, Apple Mouse and Mixed Fruit Turnover,Chocolate Fondant
There will be a travelling cost depending on your location
I will bring along the food stuffs and the costs will be added to the total lesson cost
