Create promotional pieces to be displayed in store, encouraging potential employees to apply for a job with Chick-Fil-A, as well as create a user friendly website to aid in the application process.

 

 

The main challenge we faced in working with Chick-Fil-A was trying to create something fresh and eye catching that appealed to the target audience of high school to college students, while at the same time creating something that matches Chick-Fil-A’s existing aesthetics. 

    We created a pair of posters, to be displayed on either side of the register. These posters directly express the companies core values, describing what they are looking for in new workers. They also give examples of “the perks” of working for Chick-Fil-A.
