I love to use my hands for drawing and building. In this project from 2010, I renovated my half bath at minimal cost. I had a budget and a plan. Lets see how it went.
Here is my all original tiny bath vanity. The age is obviously an issue.

Fresh coat of Satin on the stock frame can do wonders
I had several floor boards left over from the hardwood floor I installed elsewhere in my house. Here you see one of the cabinet doors created from the flooring. I sanded the protective coating and applied several coats of stain to darken the wood.
The final result came out beyond my expectations. I bought two types of tile for the wall and counter. You can see where I placed the glass accent pieces to bring in some color to the earthy tones throughout. As I said, I like to use my hands and rebuilding this bathroom was great fun!
