October/Disconnect

OCTOBER
Contribution for the graphics competition, shown at SYNTAX'15, Melbourne, Australia  (13-15 November 2015)
Recieved the 1st place in the graphic-competition.

"In the soil, feet and rain pressed against the bell.
The oak and chestnut as only comfort, throws you almost at one hell.
Hearing after, not the only disaster, smallest to be sent,
Sparrows, finches whispering
'Here’s the laughter, for whatever we may dwell.'
Never the letters you may have bent.
Shed your skin, so that in fall you may let me in. Let’s pretend it’s for what one may win.
Me? I’ve reached the end."

The content of the term dis-/connect comes from the ambiguous motion frozen in time, where one doesn’t see either past or future (cause and effect). The impossibilities of human communication never grows beyond the border of self-imagery, projection or censorship taking place around behavior of acting and reacting.

The genderless figures have shared/going to share what would otherwise be impossible of today’s technology and personal integrity, beyond language. It’s an absolute situation, an ideal I hold very strong in thought and try to live by as far as it doesn’t hurt anyone else, which it eventually always does. Truth, nakedness, shame; all leveled in a mutual understanding of facts, emotions and experiences down the pipeline, 1:1. In other words.. Love.
