The Drama League’s Spring Line Up

A resident of Connecticut, Kenneth Wirth leads as chief executive officer of First Financial Resources, Ltd. Outside of work, Kenneth Wirth commits time to serving the needs of the New York City-based Drama League, an organization to which he contributes as a board member.

The Drama League recently added new productions to its 2015 calendar of spring events, including the following.

Spring Rotten is a musical comedy that stars Tony Award nominees Brian D’Arcy James, John Cariani, Brad Oscar, and Brooks Ashmanskas. In addition, Tony Award winner Christian Borle will take the stage at St. James Theatre with the others on April 14 to tell the story of the 1950s duo of Nick and Nigel Bottom, who set out to produce the first-ever musical. The production, running through April 26, brings fun and inspiration to those who watch.

Gigi kicks off at Neil Simon Theater on April 30. For three days, guests can join Vanessa Hudgens and Broadway stars Victoria Clark and Dee Hoty on their trip to discovering love in the magical world of La Belle Epoque Paris. The award-winning romantic comedy features songs such as "The Night They Invented Champagne" and "I Remember It Well."

The Visit hits the stage at Lyceum Theatre on May 5 through May 16. Chita Rivera plays the role of the world’s wealthiest woman, who returns to her childhood hometown. A story of love, revenge, and seduction, the musical presents dance numbers by celebrated choreographer Graciela Danielle and songs written by Grammy Award-winning writers.
