Ignition Stunt Academy is a fictional company i made up, where i designed a brand identity and collateral for the company (T-Shirts, Ignition starter kit, business cards and membership cards etc). Ignition is a New Zealand company, with their headquarters being based at the Hampton Downs Raceway in Waikato, they also are located at other race tracks around New Zealand, like Manfeild Autocourse, Taupo Motorsport Park, Pukekohe Park Raceway as well as other locations.

 

The Stunt Academy is aimed at a majority male audience from ages 20-50 years old, who also have their full liscene, these people would be looking for a new challenge of learning car control, pick up some new skills or have a good time driving cars to their limit.

 

The Colour Scheme I chose for the company was a light grey, dark grey, and a more punchy yellow. The grey's are associated with tyre smoke, the dark tyre marks on ashphalt from drfting and the yellow is associated with danger and adrenaline. The logo is slanted on an angle to create a sense of speed and movement in a forward driection

The Ignition starter kit includes a selection of items for the people participating in the range of courses. Business Cards for people who work at Ignition, each include a image of their favorite car chase scene from numerous movies. It also includes some lithographs, which have inspirational quotes from motorsports with accompanied images on them. Finishing with the membership card you get on signing up for a course and a notepad to write any notes down.
