The slanted mirror allows two participants to stare at each other straight on through a corner, easing the otherwise socially burdened act of staring at a fellow human straight in the face.
This structure seeks to connect two strangers on a fundamental, word-less level, and challenge our tendency to regard others as persons of less substantial humanity as we coexist in a public realm.
