Here is the ÉLESZTŐ BAR! The name is YEAST in english! Ruin bars are the essential parts of Budapest's urban nightlife. We design and built this first famous headquarter of the craft beer war in Hungary in the heart of Budapest! This is the firs bar witch is collect thirty different draft beer in the same bar. They start to collect the best brewerys beers of the present in middle-east Europe and some of from England. It has been added to The Guardian's selection of European Top 10 brew bars. Anthony Bourdain shoots a series episode here. And a lot of people, and travellers visit it annually.
The place was a glass factory, wich was full rotten. Our team has built the whole thing in all square centimeter by hand. The day by day movement of the 100 barrels caused the greatest concern, and we started to the analization of the hospitality. Tests, questionnaires and interviews we have worked with the management and employees, while next to the current product knowledge needed to make logistical analysis before we work on design. The place for all elements talk about the beer. Like the double logistical warehouse which is hold the installation of brewing, like the hot water, cereals boiled and yeast with hops and drip across copper pipes to our glasses. Everything seems in front of our eyes! Other rooms are produced continuously in the empire.
