REBOUND TREE
When people embrace nature, it turns green and begins to live.
This is a sculpture depicting a tree, an interactive installation. The crown of the tree is made up of 500 recycled PET bottles, and recycled metal frame. Inside the tree crown there are 6 RGB LED strips, which are equipped with motion sensors. When people circle the tree, the tree crown turns green.
The installation was exhibited two times in Budapest city center on Andrássy street as part of the Cultural Capital Pécs and the International Car-Free day.
Ez a fát ábrázoló szobor, egy interaktív installáció. A fa koronája 500 db újrahasznosított PET palackból épül fel. A fakorona belsejében 6 RGB LED szallag helyezkedik el, melyek mozgásérzékelőkkel vannak ellátva. Amikor az emberek körbeállják a fát, a koronája zöldbe borul, jelképezve ezzel az összefogás erejét, mely megmentheti a természeti környezetünket.
Az installáció az Andrássy úton a Nemzetközi Autómentes Napon, a Kulturális Főváros Pécs projekten és Budapest városháza udvarán volt kiállítva, majd hulladékként újrahasznosult.
