In a cluttered market, the Arc family of Kobo tablets employ a faceted rear surface to differentiate them from their competitors. Once the aesthetic had been established, foam models were constructed exploring various implementations. With the main surfaces locked down, we entered into a few weeks of rapid technical development with the engineering partners in China.

The end result is a family of unique devices unlike any of the other offerings, with performance to match.
