Together with the Ministry for Infrastructure and the Environment and IJsfontein we developed the visitor centre for the National Traffic Center. It's mostly a blank canvas for presentations, that are given with six projectors projecting images, animations and video on the table and on the wall, changing the atmosphere of the entire center. Because the room also hosts meetings and small diners we wanted to design a table with chairs that could cleanup after itself. After several tests we successfully created a table with chairs attached. A clever folding arm ensures that everybody can sit down comfortably, whether you weigh sixty or one hundred and sixty kilo's. The illuminated wall print, the lowered ceiling with light fixtures, the mobile kitchenette and even the carpet where custom designed for this project by Pronk.
