An Exhibit about the Dutch search for energy in Boerhaave Museum, Leiden
Dutch Politician Diederik Samsom opened the exhibit, 'Hidden Forces, The Dutch Quest for Energy' in Boerhaave museum. The Exhibit shows, divided over six themes and two rooms, how this quest shaped our history and country. Because the exhibit is all about energy it seemed only fitting to ask visitors to donate a little of their energy to the exhibit. They do this by cranking a wheel that is connected to the exhibit by an intricate tube system. When enough energy is accumulated lights in the exhibit go on temporarily until it is time for somebody to crank the wheel again. For this exhibit we did the spatial and graphic design and we designed an interactive energy map of The Netherlands as well as the poster, flyer and book cover.
