One of the latest typefaces to enter into the FontFont library, FF Bauer Grotesk is a revival of the metal type "Friedrich Bauer Grotesk” released between 1933 and 1934 by the "Trennert & Sohn” foundry in Hamburg Altona, Germany.
Seen here in this limited edition A1 poster, printed on Chromolux metallic silver paper in 2 Pantone colors (Pantone Blue 072 and Pantone Orange 021), there are just 500 copies. These few will be appearing at conferences and TYPO Days in the coming months, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled in order to get your hands on one!
