Distant cultures always fascinate me. Their distinctiveness brings a certain unique atmosphere. One of them that I value the most is the African culture. African culture is so enormously rich that I found it difficult to choose one. I decided to do some portrait sketches of some African tribes to capture a little spark of their culture.

The first one is a triptych; it can be divided into three individual illustration with the same size and focal point. The second is a portrait of a Maasai girl. I used several photos I found online as reference. All the illustrations are hand drawn with pencil.
