We were commissioned to photograph a set of images of a new ingredient called Black Garlic. You might have seen it on the last episode of Masterchef when they went to cook in USA. Black Garlic is now available to buy in Tesco in the UK. The photographs was created to illustrate recipes developed and presented by Jacqui Pickles.
Black Garlic has a different texture and taste to white garlic so the idea was to give the customers ideas on how to use it at home. It doesn't give you bad breath, and it's alot more mellow than white garlic. We were quite excited to taste all the lovely dishes prepared by Jacqui and her assistant, and we weren't disappointed!
