Lead design and UX of BCBS Blue Connect Member Portal + Dashboard. Worked with the marketing team, the development team and the high level executives to come up with a dashboard design for users to track their claims and benefits, pay bills and get updates on new programs that BCBS was offering.

The project won a Web Marketing Association Awards awarded us with the Health Care Standard of Excellence and the Insurance Standard of Excellence.
