Worked with a developer group to create strategy and design for a 'Team Sports App' that would allow for simple team communication with a social element. 

We started by identifying the user group and their needs. We spoke with numerous teams in a number of different leagues to understand pain points in organizing and communicating with a team. 

We came up with features including, scheduling, one-click game attendance, easy sharing of information or media, and easy access to rosters, stats, standings, etc. 

(please note that team names were actually names of teams in the league and I was asked to use them in the mock up by the client)

The strategy and design was delivered to the group, however their funding ran out during development and the app was never finished to my knowledge.
