This is a double oil filtering system used in ships' engines.
I used hard surface techniques in 3dsmax, and rendering was done in Vray using multiple coats of the Dirt material in a VrayBlend Mtl. The model wasn't very convenient for uv-unwrapping so I had to find another way to bypass this limitation.
Post Production was done in Photoshop using multiple Render Passes from Vray.
