An app and dashboard design for the National Centre of Indigenous Excellence, to help them gauge the health of Aboriginal communities throughout Australia.
This app was a survey that the staff from NCIE could take with them when they travelled throughout rural and regional Australia.

Instead of being a dedicated app, it was built entirely in Javascript so it could run on desktop, tablet and mobile. The design as such is clean and simple, so it works well responsively.

The reason it's called Lifetree is because at the end of each section the user can see their results in the form of a tree. The fuller it is, the healthier they are, and vice versa—my tree was practically dead.

Below are examples of some of the custom mobile screens. All other sections scaled down rather well and we didn't have to tweak the designs.

At the end of the survey, the user can make a few pledges to start eating healthier or exercising, for example. Below are a whole bunch of icons I did for the pledges.

Below are the branch variations of the Lifetree for the app.

In addition to the app, we also created a dashboard. So as the client could easily view the results and export them out at their leisure in whatever format they needed.

Within each report, they could customise the living shit of it by opening the side panel, with so many options and variables it makes my eyes bleed. Plus I finally got to do a sliding animation—it made me moist.
