• Design of the layouts to fit local building codes;
• Apartments layouts detailed design to fit sales office demands;
• Interaction with the design company, design brief for exterior materials detailed study;
• Analyzing local materials market for applying to keep the original concept look;
• Analyzing and comparing different structural, MEP solutions to optimize budget;
• Participation in financial planning and project’s budget generation;
• Creation of design brief and tender package for stage P.
